You can login and see exactly what other Users see, provided you have permission to do so. This is done from the Administrative > Users page. If you haven't created any Users yet you can create a test one to try this out.
- Find the User that
you want to login with and click the
button - You are now logged in as the user and the system will only allow you to do what they could do (actions will appear in the Admin Log as the user)
- When you are done click on the "switch back" link next to the username in the top bar
