If you can't login to the system use the following list to help find what the problem could be:

  • Wrong URL: Make sure you're logging in from https://yourdomain.precisessl.com/login
  • Incorrect credentials: If you're receiving an "Invalid Username or Password" error message make sure you're using the correct username (your username is not an email address) and password. You will also receive this message if you have the wrong URL. Use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your password if you're sure you're at the correct URL.
  • I login and am immediately logged out: Make sure that the date, time and timezone are set all correctly on your device. Also make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies. If any one of those are not correct it will affect your ability to login.
  • I am randomly logged out of the system: This will happen in the following circumstances:
    • If you login to your account using a different device it will log you out of the other device
    • If you login to a different account in a separate tab using the same browser
    • If you logout in a separate tab using the same browser
